I selected the Boston Medical Center because my daughter Reiko, who is the co-author of our book Fanocracy: Turning Fans into Customers and Customers into Fans, started her emergency medicine residency at BMC in Spring, 2020.
As a newly minted doctor, Reiko cares for the people of Boston fighting Covid-19. She is in battle with an invisible enemy. Yes, of course I am worried about her. I’m her father and she is on the front lines of this fight! However, instead of just worrying, I want to help.
