Here’s how my marketing strategy coaching works:

1. You read one or several of my books, including The New Rules of Marketing & PR, World Wide Rave. or Real-Time Marketing & PR and decide that my ideas are what you need for your organization. I need to work with people who understand my approach and want some strategy help to implement the ideas that I talk about.

2. You have a specific thing you want to run by me, such as:

  • You want to write an ebook but don’t know what’s involved.
  • You want me to look over your Web site and give you some ideas for improvement.
  • You’ve got a blog and want some ideas to build traffic.
  • You want to brainstorm some viral marketing ideas to create a World Wide Rave of people talking about you and your ideas.
  • You want to begin using Twitter but don’t want to look like a newbie.

These are just some of the things I’ve helped people with. As long as it is within the scope of what I write about, I’m game.

3. You send me the specific thing you want to discuss and point me to a few URLs you want me to look at on the Web prior to our telephone call.

4. I give you payment instructions so you can pay me $995 prior to our call and we set up a time to speak. I work these calls into the downtime that I have when not on the speaking circuit.

5. We have a one-hour telephone call. (Prior to the call, I will have looked at the sites you sent me.) We can discuss whatever you’d like on the call and I will give you specific ideas and information based on my experience working with many organizations on the the ideas of new rules of marketing & PR. However, please note that I won’t be able to issue you any kind of written report.

6. Within the next month or so, you can email me once with a follow-up question or two as long as it is something I can answer in a few minutes time.

I work with many clients to help implement the strategies that I write about in my ebook The New Rules of PR. I jump in as a strategic part of your team as we develop a thought leadership program using news releases to reach your buyers directly.

  • An editorial calendar for several months to a year with multiple release headlines and buyer focuses will be developed.
